This program or service is non-refundable. If you are using a payment plan, you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed, and in full, regardless of how you utilize the program.
If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the program until payments are back in good standing and fulfilled. All programs and services must be redeemed within the same calendar year that they are purchased OR within 6 months of purchase (whichever comes last). Failure to redeem services within the allotted time frame will not result in a refund.
